Mini Immune Boosting Yoga $10/week or $6/per single session
Tuesday, Thursday 6:35am -7:15am 40 minute practice
Wake up and join a Immune System boosting Yoga Practice that includes breath work, a little meditation, and a series of yoga poses focused on building up the body’s overall health. Start your day with some positivity and sense of calm during this turbulent time. All you need is your mat and a blanket.
Mini Meditation Kriyas $15/week or $4/per single session

Experience the focused intention a Kundalini Kriya offers. Practicing a Kriya initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the mind, the body and the spirit all at once. It can be a single action, or a short series of movements that work together towards a specific outcome. Let go of Angst, support the immune system, find balance, and peace during this stressful time. Each day we focus on a new intention.

Gentle Self Care Yoga/Meditation $40/4 weeks or $13/each
Sundays June 7th–June 28th 7:30–8:45 pm 75 minute practice
A lovely way to wrap up the weekend and prepare for the coming week. We’ll ground and center, practice some breath work, slide into some and Yin and Kundalini poses to support the immune system, and end with gentle, nurturing Restorative postures and meditation to help you relax and get a good nights’ sleep. Now more than ever, it’s time for some self-care.
