A spicy new twist on a fish sandwich, takes just a few minutes to prepare, and about 20 minutes to cook.
2 Fresh Caught Walleye Fillets
- Shake fish fillets in a baggie with the flour and spices to cover. Lay on lightly greased foiled pan.
- Cover with the onion, garlic and tomato.
- Place a sheet of foil on top.
- Cook at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Fish is done when it is white and flaky.
- Cover brat buns with tartar sauce
- Place 1 fish fillet on each bun
- Arrange the tomato, onion and garlic across each fish fillet
- Sprinkle half the cheese on each sandwich
- Squeeze ½ of the lime on top of each fillet, and serve with chips
